Haga is a charming area of traditional wood buildings and cobbled streets, home to 17th-century fortress Skansen Kronan. Candlelit cafes and pubs with terraced courtyards create a bohemian vibe around Järntorget square and adjoining Långgatorna thoroughfares. The area is dotted with vegan bistros and bakeries known for cinnamon buns. Quaint stores sell books, crafts and knitwear.

Da Matteo
There is a certain relaxed atmosphere at Da Matteo. This time, the terrace was full of people wearing sunglasses and having iced lattes.
The Kitchen
When in Gothenburg, one of the few spots I never miss is The Kitchen. The Kitchen is dedicated to carefully selected items for gathering.
Palmhuset
The main botanical garden of Gothenburg is a bit far off the city centre, but this beautiful greenhouse is right by Centralstationen, so it's hard to miss it.
Kafé Magasinet
I kind of wished Kafé Magasinet existed when I lived in Gothenburg more than ten years ago, I would have been a regular, that is for sure.
